There is an abandoned vehicle along Delves Way with a Trailer Attached(GV53 LSK) and rubbish inside. This has now been here close to a year. We have reported it several times, but a resident has now reported to me that they have heard scratching inside the trailer and fear that with the cold weather, rats have taken shelter.
