Car blocking access to school

We have a car which looks to be abandoned outside our school access gate. We are still open during the C-19 period for Key Worker children. Our food delivery and bin lorries are struggling to get past this car. We have posted letters through neighbours doors to try and locate an owner however the car is till there today (31/3/20) If any emergency service wanted to gain access this would not be possible. Please can you help.
