Untidy shrubbed area with muddy ruts and rubbish

This area has been made into an unsightly mess with rutted muddy area at roadside where van parks half on/off the road which reguires filling in also rubbish has accumulated branches etc - needs tidying up also parks van half on/off grassed area opposite garages making this area a muddy mess under foot. Many thanks.
