Vandalized young tree uprooted

Reported in the Fallen tree category anonymously at 14:20, Saturday 29 February 2020

Sent to Peterborough City Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2030470.

This young tree has been almost totally uprooted as shown in the photo. It is clearly not wind damaged as it is lying into the prevailing wind. I think that if it is replanted quickly and supported, this young tree could be saved and therefore continue living for us to enjoy. It is situated alongside blind lane in Longthorpe.
