The faded keep clear markings Crawthorne Rd
Reported in the Public right of way - problem with access or damage category by Kathryn Chiswell at 13:29, Thursday 13 February 2020
Sent to Peterborough City Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 1996395.
The markings are ignored by most traffic on Crawthorne Rd. We have seen and experienced a number of near misses predominantly when turning right out of Stanley Road but occasionally when turning left. When turning right into Stanley Road you can be waiting in a precarious position in the middle of the road (occasionally inhibiting the flow of eastbound traffic) for more than one change of the lights because the opening has not been left. The situation is worsening. Please arrange for the markings to be re-established.
