Land encroachment on fountains place, Eye.

In 2018 I contacted the estates dept informing them of land encroachment. I followed this up with relevant documentation which supports my case. After an enquiry regarding another issue on Fountains Place I was informed the matter was still being dealt with and communications were still ongoing with the relevant parties. With regard to the correspondance i have on this matter, the delay in getting this issue resolved is very unsatisfactory.
