Parking on bend

I see that someone else recently posted about this issue and was fobbed off by being instructed to tell the police. Would it not be sensible to simply paint some yellow lines on the road and issue tickets to those parking in places that are causing a hazard? Not only do they completely block off view round, they also obstruct buses and force vehicles on to the opposite side of the road. I've lost count of the amount of times i've come round the bend slowly as i couldn't see past the vehicles to still nearly be hit by oncoming traffic. Please see the attached photo.
