No road signs for dangerous double bend.

Reported in the Other public road issue category anonymously at 09:52, Wed 18 December 2019

Sent to Peterborough City Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 1894238.

Road signs missing for double bends. In winter, cars go off the road due to fog, ice, snow. Repeated hedge damage to our field with livestock in. Yesterday a car went through the hedge and left very large hole. Luckily, animals are in yard at the moment, but could cause a road accident if they had got out. There are slow signs on the road which was resurfaced earlier this year.

  • We completely agree with this, this section of road is known for flooding and dangerous turns. A ditch needs to be dug in the field behind the line of trees and channels dug from the side of the road to the ditch to allow water to run off to prevent flooding and the need for black and white arrow signs, warning signs and reflective bollards in dangerous areas is growing increasingly desperate. As stated above animals lives could be at risk!
