Flooded footpath along river Nene.
Reported in the Flooded underpass category anonymously at 14:03, Tue 19 November 2019
Sent to Peterborough City Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1853216.
For as long as i can remember this area in particular has flooded so badly that you cannot pass long under the small railway bridge just before Rivergate bridge, & i have lived in Peterborough for over 40 years! It's time now surely since this last flood to address this problem with either a barrier or some sort of alternative drainage system in place! it's not healthy wading through river water up to 3 times a year!

Not councils responsibility. It's to do with the river and every time the river level rises, this area will flood. Nothing can be done about this.
