Traffic lights not working correctly

Reported in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 13:13, Thu 11 April 2019

Sent to Peterborough City Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 1600742.

The traffic lights at the junction of Goldhay Way/Misterton do not work properly when you are trying to cross the road on foot. Pressing the button makes the red light on the crossing turn on, but it goes off again if any traffic comes up from the misterton side. At busy times you can be waiting through several changes of the lights without the pedestrian crossing coming on.
