Car parking on and blocking entire pavement.

Car has parked on and covered the entire pavement, causing myself, my two small children and a pushchair, to walk on the road. This is an increasing problem with cars visiting/working at The Spinney care home. Children use this path with their scooters and push bikes and it is very dangerous for them to have to go round the cars on the road.
