Sent to Peterborough City Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 1089733.

A large pile of domestic rubbish, books, a tv, etc left beside recycling boxes.

  • The rubbish was cleared promptly, but this area is a magnet for flytippers. Since my report yesterday 2 mattresses have been added to the latest heap.
