Old Barclays Bank eyesore!
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10188578.
Broken window at front of building. Rubbish dumped over the metal fence and rubbish strewn floor inside the building visible from the street. This building has become an eyesore because the owners are not maintaining the outside and they obviously don't care about the inside either. Local residents deserve better.
