Car is daily blocking the drive
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10185831.
This person is collecting 2 children from a junior school in dogsthorpe rd. The owner is parking half way across the driveway. Monday to friday at approx 2pm. The person displays a blue badge of which very doubtful it is hers. She has been abusive when asked why she is blocking the driveway. She has said loudly that she can park anywhere. Now this is not a one off it is the same car ,the same woman in the same place. She has no aspect at all that she is deliberately blocking a driveway.
