The sign has been dirty making it hard to see for a year. It's also too small to even see from a distance as well as the 40 speed sign on left is hidden behind a board making it visible too late to slow down in time. There should be a bigger 40 sign to allow drivers to see from a further distance and as its place coming around from a bend it doesn't give time for people to react which is why a lit reduce speed now sign should be placed before the bend.
