Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10081849.
It looks like 2 stacks of what looks like it could be red roof tiles. With traffic i wasn't able to stop and take a picture or take a good look. It's the first layby from peterborough end. I reported some drawers in the same area about last week. Seems like they wait for it to be cleared to put more there. The stacks are close enough to the river that if some idiot came along they could be pushed into the river.

Following investigation, asbestos has been identified within the waste. As a result, this cannot be removed by Peterborough City Council's operational crews. The matter has been passed to our licensed contractor for removal. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a timescale for the works at this stage. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
