Unfortunately, as this car is on private land it will be the responsibility of the landowner to request an abandoned vehicle investigation for possible removal.

Abandoned vehicle private - landowner
If you are the landowner, the landowner must request an abandoned vehicle investigation for possible removal. To proceed, please email us at environmentalenforcementteam@peterborough.gov.uk. The Safer Communities team will then send you a consent form.
Please note there is a non-refundable charge to cover our administration costs of £100 per vehicle (including VAT). Once payment has been received arrangements will be made to inspect the vehicle. This does not guarantee removal of the vehicle if it does not fit Peterborough City Council's criteria of an abandoned vehicle. The landowner does not have to report it to the council to remove an abandoned vehicle on their land, they can take private action to remove it.
