Property owners hedge obstructing the pavement Reported anonymously at 17:22, Mon 7 November 2022 The property owners of 39 Canonsfield have trained their property boundary pyracantha hedge to encroach onto the pavement facilitating pedestrian access from Canonsfield PE4 5AQ onto Larks Green. The path is approximately 1.5m wide but is significantly reduced by the hedge, preventing safe passage for pedestrians, prams, pushchairs etc. This is not very community spirited and is in breach of the 1980 Highways Act subsection 154. Please can you ensure that the hedge is cut back to the property owners boundary.
