Subsidence to 83 Wingfield caused by vegetation Reported anonymously at 11:27, Wed 1 September 2021 Following reported damage to the garage at the above property, we have undertaken investigative works and conclude that the primary cause of the subsidence to the garage is shrinkage of the clay sub-soil due to the moisture demand of the adjacent vegetation which are the responsibility of the local authority. As per the images provided, the three trees highlighted in red require removal and the other trees identified in black on the images require maintaining to mitigate and future issues. Further evidence can be supplied to substantiate if required.
