Tree on council ‘footpath’ Reported anonymously at 16:26, Fri 6 August 2021 The tree at the bottom of our garden is on a council owned area and it has pushed down our fence and we have had to put a short, temporary one up in its place. The tree is leaning into our property and causing mess in our garden. The previous owner reported this tree a few years ago and nothing has been done about it. There is (supposedly) a public footpath running behind our garden, however it is overgrown. The temporary fence we have up is not suitable for our young growing family, but we are unable to put anything else up as the tree is leaning too much.
