Trees pruning request Thorpe Meadows Playing Field

Reported anonymously at 14:52, Mon 12 July 2021

My garden backs onto the Thorpe Meadows at the point where the West Town School enclosed playing field has recently been built. There is a band of trees directly behind the boundary of my garden, next to the new playing field fence. I have lived here for 6 years. The trees have recently grown high enough, that when I had my satellite dish replaced, it had to be placed higher to allow clearance for the trees. It can also no longer receive signal at 100% and free view signal is not an option. The height of the trees also shades the gardens and I am concerned that if one were to fall it could damage fences/ garden outbuildings and possibly the houses. In my time in this property I have never seen any maintenance carried out on the trees. I appreciate that maintenance on areas like this is infrequent, however I would appreciate if somebody could come and assess the height of the trees and consider if they are suitable for thinning and pruning.
