Damage caused by trees Reported by Councillor Bryan Tyler at 10:01, Thu 3 June 2021 Ref: 123 Coniston Road PE4 7GU-Email from resident to me. I have seen the damage the sap is causing to the residents fence and lawn. The trees are 14m high and out of reach fr resident. Bryan-As previously advised, we have pruned back from our side as the branches extend onto our property. It is the height which is the problem and there are a number now too high for us to reach! Using a measurement device, I believe they are over 25feet high from our side? I have also dug up a number of large roots which spread over the lawn, and even up to the patio. We can also add the horrible sticky residue from the aphids which are everywhere on the trees. This is dropping on to the fence and plants in our border. The response from Aragon states TPO and Protected areas. These are definitely NOT !
