Shrubs causing narrowing of path at Napier Place. Reported anonymously at 16:35, Sun 16 May 2021 The shrubs have grown over the original line of the footpath, getting closer to the post. This causes a problem on the school run with crossing the road as there is less space on the path to stand. This is a busy crossing during school times, with children and adults crossing both ways, it is sometimes hard to move with a pushchair to the path with the amount of people using it, to create a safe passway with people coming in the opposite direction.
