You are reporting the following problem report for being abusive, containing personal information, or similar:
Bin lorries continually destroys verges. Reported anonymously at 17:01, Fri 5 February 2021 Almost every time the bins are emptied the lorries fail to negotiate the bend and the straight road without mounting the verge. This causes severe damage to the verge causing muddy slip hazards for pedestrians who have to mount the verge to allow vehicles to pass. Please note this verge was very recently resurfaced and new grass laid while the cable company laid cables in this verge and possibly will soon be damaged as not very deep! As this is a continuous problem it is obvious either the vehicle is too large and questions the need to why the lorries need to travel the length of the road to empty two bins. During last weeks bin collection my neighbours bin was driven over and badly damaged when the lorry failed to negotiate the bend, worryingly this could have been a child on the blindside. This issue has been reported previously on a number of occasions over many years.
