15+ potholes outside of my house

Reported by Ellie May Cranwell at 10:16, Monday 1 February 2021

I live on Lawson Avenue in Stanground on a popular bus route. I have recently moved in and have only been here for 3 months. Outside of our property we have 15+ potholes which are 'repaired' weekly. These repairs are pointless and often do not solve the problem. The photos attached are a 'before and after' repair shot, and as you can see there is little difference. When the buses hit the potholes it shakes our property and we have started to experience cracking in our ceilings and walls. This job can no longer be 'repaired' and I believe the road needs resurfacing. It is dangerous to have the pot holes on the road, especially at a junction where you are unable to divert around the holes when pulling out. Also, as many people are working from home and myself being a teacher trying to teach online, the noise is extremely disrupting each week. On one occasion 3 men turned up early one Sunday morning and disrupted the street. These holes are beyond repair and are causing disruption and damage to people on the road and people living on the street.
