Parking chaos/ Dangerous Junction Reported anonymously at 08:07, Wed 16 December 2020 Its not an exaggeration to say that EVERYTIME I leave my house and exit the junction from Monument Street on Eastfield Road there is a car (or several) illegally parked, blocking the road/footpath or view of the driver. Countless times I have been forced to pull half way out onto the road as I cant see past a illegally parked car is countless, and its dangerous. I moved onto Monument Street 6 months ago and its been a problem the entire time, also speaking to several neighbours they say its been like this for years. I am aware you have traffic wardens in the area but unless they are at that junction all day they are not a long term solution as it appears the double yellow lines are completely ineffective. The whole junction needs a rethink. If needs be I can get hundreds more photos and hours of dash cam footage explaining the problem.
