Owner moved fence to encompass council land Reported anonymously at 10:20, Mon 26 October 2020 In the last few days the owner has removed bushes and moved their fence 2-3 feet to run in line with the path. With the owner also parking up to 3 cars on the grass verge it causes a risk when people pass with pushchairs in the now narrower pass through and on bikes which could result in a collision with the cars and vans, and into the fence. The cars and vans parking on the verge creates a hazard and obstruction for the houses opposite when trying to exit driveways as you cannot see down the road.
