Overgrown tree blocking path Reported anonymously at 17:25, Tue 4 August 2020 This tree has been growing uncut since 2003 and has been getting exponentially worse ever since. It is blocking the path to cars when car park is full. It is hampering access to number 30 and 31 as the tree is sharp and low hanging and causes punctures to our bikes. If our bins are left out blocking the path we would be fined, and this is more intrusive and blocks light from both gardens mentioned.
