Low hanging branches over public footpath Reported anonymously at 18:16, Wed 24 June 2020 We live at 50 Rosyth Ave and the footpath that runs in front of our house has become a little over grown. It is becoming increasing difficult to walk without getting a face full of leaves and even more tricky to cycle along whilst ducking under the branches, especially with a toddler in the bike seat!. I understand that this land is owned by Persimmon but I wondered if something could be done about this issue. The lovely chap who comes and tidies the play area has pulled a few down but long term they could do with a proper trim as they loose so many small branches any time its windy.. If not, am I allowed to go out with a saw and remove a few??
