Laurel Bushes Along Side Upton Village Sign Reported anonymously at 00:44, Tue 19 May 2020 The laurel bushes that have grown to such a size are now growing towards the road. They are planted on council land but a wooden fence has been previously installed making them appear to be on private land. But they are not because the old original boundary fence has been destroyed because of the bushes. The bushes need to be cut Level with the fence as the entire grass verge underneath them has been killed.
