Please do not report any grass cutting or hedge cutting issues unless they present a genuine health and safety risk, such as visibility (sight‑line) concerns or blocked access.

Reports made for aesthetic or non‑urgent reasons will not be actioned and may be closed, as routine maintenance will be carried out during the scheduled winter period.
